UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We permit the petitioner to implead the State of Telangana as respondent No.7.
Amended Cause Title shall be filed within one week.
Ms. Devina Sehgal, the learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the newly added respondent.
We direct the Registry to provide a soft copy of the Special Leave Petitions as well as all relevant documents including the report referred in the order dated 6th October, 2017 to the learned advocate of the newly added respondent.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State will take instructions whether the State Government is willing to negotiate with the petitioner for settlement.
List on 15th March, 2024 for directions.
