UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. C.S Vaidyanathan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that in compliance of order of this Court, a High Power Committee has been constituted by order dated 03.12.2021 and all the S.S.I. unit holders concerned with the matter are being called upon to appear for deliberation on 09.12.2021.

Mr. S. Ravishankar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the person who is the authorized representative is abroad at the moment and he may be granted permission to participate virtually. Permission granted.
