Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to Ld. Counsel for petitioner to file affidavit alongwith proof of publication in respect of Respondent Nos. 9, 27, 41, 55 to 61, 105, 107, 109, 110, 140, 154, 189, 195-200, 214, 215, 262 and 263.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent Nos. 30, 32 to 40 & 42 to file counter affidavit.
