UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R By order dated 17.02.2014, passed in SLP (C)No. 2204 of 2014 and other connected matters, we had directed the Ministry of Environment and Forests to complete the 2 SLP (C) No. 1526/2014 etc. process of environmental clearance and had not stayed

that process. We had also granted time which has expired. We extend the time by another eight weeks from today within which the Ministry of Environment and Forest will complete the process of environmental clearance. I.A. Nos. 1-2 of 2014 has been filed. This matter be listed in July, 2014. In the meanwhile, the communication dated 03.04.2014 of the Government of India, Ministry of Environment and Forests, in Annexure P1 annexed to the I.A. shall remain stayed.
