UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER

As a last chance, petitioner has to pay process fee on or before 8.11.2008. If process fee is paid on or before 8.11.2008, issue notice as per earlier order and list before this Court on 5.12.2008.

If process fee is not paid on or before 8.11.2008, list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chamber for non-prosecution against the unserved respondent.

However, Registry shall not wait for process fee till 5.12.2008 and the matter shall be listed before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chamber at the earliest in case of non-payment of process fee on or before 8.11.2008.
