No.506/06, which, along with certain appeals were dismissed on 5th February,2008. It is submitted that while in the other cases, the issue involved was enhancement of transit fee, in the instant case, the issue involved is whether the State is at all authorised to put restrictions on the amount of goods to which may be transported through the State.
