It is further submitted that Mr. Tarun Johri, Advocate on behalf of respondent Nos. 3, 5, 8 and 15 entered appearance on their behalf and filed counter affidavit. Mr. Ranjit Kr. Sharma, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of R.No.6 but he has not filed Counter affidavit so far. Counsel for the parties have not filed the statement of case so far, despite registry letter dated 15.04.2015. Counsel for the appellant has on 3/09/2015 filed the poof of service of pleading on the other side.
