Ld.counsel for the respondent No.6 has stated that the copies of the pleadings have not been provided to him by the petitioner. Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall provide the copies of the pleadings to the Ld.counsel within a week's time and file proof. Ld.counsel shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter. The other served respondents shall also be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within the period provided above.
