Respondent No. 3, 5, 8 and 15 are represented by Mr. Tarun Johri, Advocate and respondent Nos. 6 is represented by Mr. Ranjit Kumar Sharma, Advocate. Service of Notice of Lodgement of Petition of appeal is not complete on respondent Nos. 2, 4, 7, 9 to 11, 16 to 18.

It is further submitted that Mr. Tarun Johri, Advocate on behalf of respondent Nos. 3, 5, 8 and 15 filed counter affidavit. Counsel for the appellant has not filed the statement of case so far, despite registry letter dated 15.04.2015.

The appeal above mentioned is listed before Ld. Registrar Court with this office report for orders.
