It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matters have been filed against the Judgment and Orders dated 06.08.2013 and 10.09.2014 of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla and Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission in Writ Petition(C) Nos. 7649, 8285, 8426, 8427, 8472, 8492, 8531 and 8532 of 2010 and in Review Petition Nos. 11/14, 12/14, 14/14, 15/14, 16/14, 30/14, 62/14, 64/2014, 121/10 108/10 137/10 and 26/2011. The matter filed against order dated 06.08.2013 is barred by time by 439 days and matter filed against order dated 10.09.2014 is barred by time by 39 days.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) Nos. 8600-07 of 2014 arising out of same judgment between same parties was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24.03.2014, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of order dated 24.03.2014 is enclosed herewith.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
