The respondent Nos.1 & 3 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.2,4,5 & 6, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Mr. Jinendra Jain, Ld.counsel submits that he has already filed the vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent No.7. Office shall verify the position and report accordingly. Ld. counsel seeks and is given three days time to file the counter affidavit.

The respondent Nos.2 and 3 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.1,4,5 & 7, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Mr. Jinendra Jain, Ld. Counsel submits that he has already filed tha vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent No.6. Office shall verify the position and report accordingly. Ld. counsel seeks and is given three days time to file the counter affidavit."

It is submitted that as directed above, counsel appearing for Respondent No. 7 in SLP (C) No. 20746/2014 and Respondent No.6 in SLP(C) No.20824/2014 has on 12.08.2015 filed separate counter affidavits in both the matters.

Service is complete.
