It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent no. 1 in SLP No. 4340/2016 and deceased sole respondent in SLP Nos. 4346/2016 & 4339/2016.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any fresh steps to issue notice to unserved sole respondent in SLP No. 4341/16 & 4343/16, respondent no. 3 in SLP No. 4340/2016 and respondent no. 2 in SLP No. 4334/2016.
