It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent no. 1 in SLP No. 4340/2016 and deceased sole respondent in SLP No. 4346/2016.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any fresh steps to issue notice to unserved sole respondent in SLP No. 4341/16 & 4343/16.
It is also submitted in respect of respondent no 3 in SLP No. 4340/16 and respondent no. 2 in SLP No. 4344/16 tracking report of postal authority is not updated properly.
Service of notice is incomplete on respondent nos. 1,3 in SLP No. 4340/2016, Sole respondent in SLP No. 4341/2016, 4343/2016, respondent no. 2 in SLP No. 4344/2016.
