The ld. Counsel for respondent no.1 in SLP(C) NO.4997/2015 and respondent no.4 in SLP(C) NO.4998/2015 has sought for time to file counter affidavit. Accordingly four weeks time is granted to file the same.

The ld. Counsel for the petitioner to file affidavit in proof of dasti service in respect of respondent nos. 1,4,6 and 7, which has not been filed despite order dt.10.9.2015.
