Having considered the matter in detail, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. However, this order is without prejudice to any claims that the petitioner may have against the contractor. Needless to say, we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
3. The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
