Let the Municipal Corporation of Greater Bombay have the inspection and submit a report on the existing structure and whether renovation/repair of the protective wall, as prayed in the present application, is required or not.

The report to be placed before this Court on the next date of hearing. A copy of the same may be given to learned counsel for the appellant well in advance.
