It is submitted to the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are three respondents in this appeal. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are represented through Ms. Meera Mathur and Mr. B. V. Balram Das, Advocate respectively. Proof of service has been received from the High Court of Judicautre of Bombay in respect of respondent No. 3 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Kush Chaturvedi, Advocate has filed an application for intervention. The same is registered as I.A. No. 2 and placed alongwith appeal paper books.

Original Record has been received.

Counsel for both the parties have filed statement of case.

The application in the matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this office report.
