It has been contended by the learned counsel for the appellant-Bank that the question in these appeals is covered by the decision rendered by this Court in C.I.T. Vs. Karnataka State Coope rative Apex Bank [251 ITR 194]. On the previous date, the matters were adjourned for verifyin g this aspect but the learned counsel for the respondent is not in a position to dispute the c ontention raised by the learned counsel for the appellant-Bank. Hence the operation of the im pugned order is stayed.
