UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

It is seen that in few of the cases notices have been returned unserved with noting that the respondents have expired. Ld.counsel for the petitioners in such cases as is disclosed from the office report dated 27.11.2012 are directed to take steps to bring on record the Lrs. of such of the deceased persons.

In several cases, the notices addressed to the respective respondents have been returned unserved as 'incomplete' or 'insufficient address'. Ld.counsel for the respective petitioners are directed to take steps against such of the respondents as disclosed in the above office report, to furnish correct address and to take steps in that address.
