Despite due service, none appears on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 14, 16 to 18, 20 to 26, 29 to 32 and 34.

Counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 35 to 37.

Respondent nos. 19, 27, 28 and 33 have failed to file the counter affidavit, despite last opportunity.
