Mr. Krishnamurthi Swami, AOR UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R This Court on 11th March, 2015, had passed the following order:
"As a last opportunity, counter affidavits, where not already filed, be filed within four weeks.

Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
Counsel for the parties state that these petitions are appropriately be heard along with S.L.P.(C) Nos.10498 of 2011, 3076-79, 7457-60, 33671, 33623-33626 of 2015. Ordered accordingly."
Regard being had to the aforesaid order, the pleadings shall be completed within a span of three weeks from today. It is hereby made clear that none of the parties shall be granted any extension for completion of the pleadings, for we are of the considered opinion that such kind of disputes should be put to rest at the earliest. If the time frame is not followed, the rights to file counter affidavit or rejoinder affidavit shall stand foreclosed. Needless to emphasize, this Court has a sacrosanct constitutional duty to deal with such lis in quite promptitude.
Learned counsel appearing for the States undertake that they will not seek adjournment. If any counsel is absent for some reason, the State shall make alternative arrangements to put forth their arguments.
Learned counsel for the parties undertake to file written notes/submissions, which would briefly state/indicate actual/real grievances and the proposition of law and the note of submissions should not exceed three pages. We have restricted it to three pages as there is a concession at the

Bar in that regard.
Let all the matters be listed on 29th April, 2015. As agreed to by the learned counsel for the parties, it shall be taken up as the first case on the Board.
