The matters above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01.12.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice. All the parties are duly represented. List these petitions on 11th February, 2015 on the question of their maintainability. Parties are granted leave to file additional documents or affidavits, as they are advised, within four weeks from today."

It is submitted that in view of aforesaid order, show cause notice returnable for 11.02.2015 to all the 4 respondents was issued on 16.12.2014. Mr. D.S. Mahra, Advocate has on 21.01.2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance as well as Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 4. Counter Affidavit filed is being circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

It is submitted that in view of aforesaid order, show cause notice returnable for 11.2.2015 to all the 3 Respondents was issued through their counsels on 16.12.2014 but they have not filed Counter Affidavit so far. Mr. Guntur Prabhakar, Advocate for Respondent No. 3 has not filed Vakaltatnama/Appearance so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed additional document so far.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
