Despite due service, none appears on behalf of respondent nos. 2, 3, 5, 7 to 10 and 12. However, Ms. Shailly Bhasin, AOR accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 3, before Hon'ble Court on 23.09.2022. Four weeks time, is granted to learned counsel to file vakaltnama and counter affidavit.

Ms. Devina Sehgal, AOR submits that she has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 8 way back on 07.11.2022, but the same is not reflected in the Office Report dated 15.11.2022. Registry to accordingly verify and update the records. Four weeks time, is granted to said respondent to file the counter affidavit.
