We find no justification whatsoever to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed. We are however, satisfied to grant the petitioner two weeks' time to surrender. This liberty has been granted to the petitioner on account of a submission made on his behest, that he would surrender before the concerned police authorities within two weeks from today. 1 If the petitioner chooses to file a bail application

after he surrenders, the same shall be considered and
