In the meantime, proceedings of Civil Case No.1079/2014 pending in the Court of Family Judge No.2, Jaipur and Civil Case No.1080/2014 titled "Akshat Choudhary Vs. Anju Choudhary pending in the Court of Family Judge No.2, Jaipur shall remain stayed.""

It is submitted that certified copy of impugned order dated 04.03.2016 was issued to both High Court and Family Court in view of above said order show cause notice was issued to common sole respondent in both the matters on 15.03.2016, by Regd. AD. Post. Neither AD nor unserved cover has been received back so far.

Service is incomplete.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
