The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that in the FIR lodged by the petitioner against her father-in-law, the police has filed Closure Report.

In view of the above submission, issue notice.

In the meantime, proceedings of Civil Case No.1079/2014 pending in the Court of Family Judge No.2, Jaipur and Civil Case No.1080/2014 titled "Akshat Choudhary Vs. Anju Choudhary pending in the Court of Family Judge No.2, Jaipur shall remain stayed.
