It is submitted that the subject matter involved in the SLP is with regard to appointment of applicant/Motor Vehicle Inspector, which has been quashed by the Administrative Tribunal and affirmed by the High Court, even, the appointment and selection of respondent No.68 too has been quashed. Therefore, they submit that the lrs. of deceased respondent No.68 are not required to be brought on record. Statement is taken on record. Hence, list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further orders. Await orders.
