The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.02.2017 with office report dated 25.02.2017 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"Let service of notice be completed in three weeks. In the meantime, reply affidavit(s) be filed. List after three weeks."

Accordingly, counsel for the petitioners was required to file spare copies with fresh address of unserved Respondent nos. 18, 20-24, 26-37, 39-44, 47-50, 53-54, 57, 62, 66-71, 73-74 & 76-82 for effecting service of show cause notice upon them, but Mrs. K.V. Bharati Upadhyaya, counsel for the petitioners has on 08.03.2017 filed only 10 spare copies of SLP instead of required spare copies. She has also not filed the fresh addresses of unserved Respondents. Consequently, fresh notice could not be issued to said unserved Respondents.
Hence, service of notice is not complete upon the unserved Respondent Nos 18, 20-24, 26-37, 39-44, 47-50, 53-54, 57, 62, 66-71, 73-74 & 76-82.
SLP(c) NO. 30334 OF 2016
It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 28.02.2017 filed an application for deletion name of unserved Respondent Nos. 8 to 10, 13, 20, 21, 23, 24, 26, 32, 36, 37, 39 and 40 with affidavit in support thereof. The said application has been registered as I.A No. 5 and included in the SLP paperbooks.
Service of notice in the impleadment application on the applicant to be impleaded though complete by registered A.D. Post, but no appearance is filed so far.
Service of notice is complete.
It may be mentioned here that counsel for the petitioners in SLP Nos, 32186-99, 32427-52, 32333-57, 33470-548/2014, 2645-2674/15 and 3911-3949/2017 have not taken any steps for effecting service in respect of unserved Respondents so far.
The matters above mentioned alongwith applications are, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
