It is submitted that the appeal above-mentioned was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 01.05.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"The learned counsel for the appellant shall file the statement of case within a period of 45 days and the learned counsel for the respondents shall file the same within a period od 35 days thereafter. List again on 20.08.2015."

It is further submitted that despite the aforesaid order, counsel for the parties have not filed statement of case so far.

It is lastly submitted that there are 4 respondents in this appeal. Service of notice of lodgment of petition of appeal is complete on all the respondents and are represented by Mr. T. R. B. Sivakumar, Advocate.
