These applications (CRLMP. 8427/2015 in Crl. Appeal No. 468/2015 and CRLMP. 8274/2015 in Crl.A. No. 488/2015) have been filed by the applicants-appellants who are convicted for an offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and have been in imprisonment for a period of 15 years 2 months and 27 days.

Heard learned counsel appearing on either side.

In the circumstances, we deem it appropriate to enlarge the applicants- Sewak Singh in Criminal Appeal No.468/2015 and Satpal Singh in Criminal Appeal No.488/2015 on bail to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu in File No.74 Sessions.
