It is submitted that the applications for bail in the matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6 th July, 2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice on CrlMPs."

It is further submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above, Show Cause Notice was issued to all the common three Respondents in both the appeals by registered post A.D. on 23rd July, 2015. Respondent No.3 has been served and A.D. card duly signed has been received in both the appeals. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing the notice have been received back from Respondent Nos.1 & 2.

It is lastly submitted that High Court has sent the certificate of service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal stating therein that Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal has been served on all the three Respondents.

Service of notice on Crl.MPs for bail is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 & 2.

However, service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal is complete but no one has entered appearance on behalf of the Respondents.

The applications for bail above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
