The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27th

January, 2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice returnable in six weeks. Dasti in addition.

It is submitted by learned senior counsel appearing for the appellants that the amount of compensation has been deposited before the High Court. Let 50% of the amount be disbursed to the claimants. With respect to the remaining 50% there shall be stay till the next date of hearing.

In the meantime there shall be stay of the impugned judgment and it will be not followed in other cases.

Application for deleting the name of Respondent No.7 from the array of parties is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within period of seven days."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are two respondent in the instant matters. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the respondents by registered A. D. post. M/s. Gaurav Agrawal and Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocates have filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 respectively but they have not filed counteraffidavit so far.

Service of notice is complete.

PETITIONS FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NOS. 28592860 OF 2017

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are seven respondents in the instant matters. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the respondents by registered A. D. post. M/s. Lambat & Associates, Advocates have filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 4 but they have not filed

counteraffidavit so far. Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 5 and 6 but he has not filed counteraffidavit so far. As per tracking report, unserved notice has been received back at New Delhi GPO without any postal remarks in respect of respondent No. 1. The name of Respondent No. 7 has been deleted from the array of parties vide Court's order dated 27.01.2017 and the cause title has been amended accordingly. The amended cause title is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent No. 1.

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 2861 OF 2017

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are nine respondents in the instant matter. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the respondents by registered A. D. post. Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 6 to 8 but he has not filed counteraffidavit so far. A. D. card duly signed has been received back from respondent No. 3 but no one has entered appearance so far. As per tracking report, notice has been delivered to respondent No. 5 but no one has entered appearance so far. Service of notice is awaited on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4. As per tracking report, unserved notice has been received back at New Delhi GPO with the postal remarks "Refused" in respect of respondent No. 9.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 9.
