Mr. Mukul Rohtagi, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that few special leave petitions from the impugned order have already come up before this Court and notice has been issued in those matters. He submits that although this matter is little different and certain additional points have been raised which are not involved in those special leave petitions but we are of the view that since from the impugned order, special leave petitions have been entertained, notice should be issued in these special leave petitions and these special leave petitions be connected with S.L.P. (C) No. 1152 of 2014. Issue notice, returnable in eight weeks. Dasti, in addition to the ordinary process. In the meanwhile, the operation of the paragraph 127(2)(d) of the impugned order shall remain stayed. Connect with S.L.P. (C) No. 1152 of 2014.
