The Office Report on Default in the matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers on 07.10.2016, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Four weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the Office Report dated 20.09.2016, otherwise the Special Leave Petitions shall stand dismissed qua the unserved respondents and any application for restoration shall be entertained only on payment of Rs. 1000/- to be deposited with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee."

It is submitted that as directed above, counsel for the petitioner has not complied the office report dated 20.09.2016 within the stipulated time. Hence SLP against respondent No. 6 was dismissed. Accordingly Cause Title has been amended and placed in SLP Paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 06.01.2017 filed an application for restoration in respect of respondent No. 6 after depositing the cost of Rs. 1000/- with Supreme Court Legal Service Committee (Regd. as I.A. No. 3) and placed with SLP Paper books. He has still not complied with office report dated 20.09.2016 by filing affidavit of dasti service in respect of respondent No. 6 so far.

The application in the matter above mentioned is listed the Hon'ble Judge-in-chambers with this Office Report.
