O R D E R

Despite due service, none appears on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 5 to 8.

Ld. Counsel for respondent nos. 1, 4, 9 and 10 have failed to file counter affidavit. However, as prayed, two weeks time, is granted to Ld. Counsel for above said respondents to file the same.

Issue DO letter to the SHO of the concerned Police Station, to explain as to why service report in respect of respondent no. 3 has not been sent in this matter.

List again on 20.02.2023.
