UPON HEARING THE COUNSEL THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCE, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING O R D E R

Four weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 to file the counter affidavit.

No one appeared on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2, 4 to 10, despite due service.

Notice sent to Respondent No. 3 received back undelivered without postal remarks. Two weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps and to file fresh particulars in respect of the said respondent. At this stage, Mr. Sheikh F. Kalia, Adv. on behalf of Ms. Supriya Juneja, AOR submits that the petition has no other address of Respondent No. 3 excepts the address mentioned in the FIR. As per his request, fresh notice to Respondent No. 3 be issued through the concerned police station subject to furnishing of requisite particulars of the police station by the petitioners within one week's time.
