April, 2015 when she was pleased to pass the following order:

"Service of all four respondents in SLP(C) Nos.34891/2014 and 5882/2015 is still awaited. However, the Ld. Advocate, Mr. Reegan S. Bel, appearing on behalf of Mr. Jogy Scaria, Advocate-on-record has appeared on behalf of the State of Kerala. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit be filed within respective stipulated time period. The said counsel has also appeared in SLP(C) No.10876/2015 on behalf of State of Kerala itself. Remaining two respondents in the later petition are yet to be served with the notice. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to file the spare copies for the purpose. List again on 23.7.2015."

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that Mr. Jogy Scaria, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. cards in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 are still awaited(notice issued on 10.2.2015).

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4.

SLP(C) No. 5882 OF 2015

It is submitted that notice was issued to all the four respondents. Mr. Jogy Scaria, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 but counter affidavit not filed so far. Neither A.D. nor unserved covers containing shoe cause notice has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 and 4. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copy for serving the unserved Respondent Nos. 1 and 4 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 and 4.

SLP(C) Nos. 10876 OF 2015

It is submitted that Mr. Jogy Scaria, Advocate who appeared on behalf of State of Kerala i.e. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has still not filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copy of pleadings so far. Hence notice could not be issued.

The service of show cause notice is not complete .

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar with this office report.
