Service of all four respondents in SLP(C) Nos.34891/2014 and 5882/2015 is still awaited. However, the Ld. Advocate, Mr. Reegan S. Bel, appearing on behalf of Mr. Jogy Scaria, Advocate-on-record has appeared on behalf of the State of Kerala. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit be filed within respective stipulated time period. The said counsel has also appeared in SLP(C) No.10876/2015 on behalf of State of Kerala itself. Remaining two respondents in the later petition are yet to be served with the notice. The Ld.
