This Special Leave Petition has been filed by Ms. Uttara Babbar, Advocate on 24th January, 2015 against the Judgment and Orders dated 01.10.2014 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.P.(C) No. 28970 of 2013.

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that two applications for condonation of delay in filing and refiling the Special leave petition have been filed. There is delay of 15 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and delay of 29 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C) No. 5882 of 2015(Main SLP(C) No. 34891 of 2014) entitled THE MANAGER, NSS CORPORATE MANAGEMENT Vs. ASHA NAIR & ORS. arising out of common followed judgment was listed before this Hon'ble Court on 12.2.2015, when the Court directed issue notice and the same is pending (Copy of order dated 12.2.2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).
