O R D E R

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s). We see no reason to entertain the prayer at this juncture since if in the pending writ petition any decision is taken and the facts if similar the High Court is required to abide by the same. If the High Court is to await the decision it is open to the High Court to do so and await the decision of this Court in the pending petition. Such request, in any event, can be made by the petitioner(s) before the High Court.

The Transfer Petitions are, accordingly, disposed of. Pending application(s) shall also stand disposed of.
