Sopna Puthiya Veetil' pending in the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane, Maharashtra to a competent Court/Family Court at Tumkur, Karnataka and C.M.A. No.309/2017 titled as 'Sandeep Shreedharan Nambiar v. P.V. Sopna Puthiya Veetil' pending in the Court of District Judge, Thane, Maharashtra to a competent Court/District Court at Tumkur, Karnataka.
The transferor Court(s) shall forthwith transmit the entire record relating to the aforesaid case to the transferee Court for deciding the case in accordance with law.
The Transfer Petitions are allowed in the aforesaid terms.
