record regarding outcome of such service by respndent No. 54.

It is stated that the respondents are serving at different places so it is difficult to serve them.

Issue notice to the unserved respondent at the addresses which are given in the cause title of the

High Court Judgment with a direction to serve them through respondent No. 54. Respondent No. 54 has to serve all the unserved respondents and he has to file appropriate report/affidavit before this court through the competent person before the next date.

Served respondents may file counter affidavit till then.
