UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R According to the Office Report dated 23.12.2015, common respondent Nos.4, 5(1), 5(4), 5(5), 6 and 7 are still not served. Neither Registered AD cards nor unserved covers have been received back in respect of aforesaid respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is granted four weeks' time, by way of last chance, to take requisite steps for effecting service on the aforesaid respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also filed an application for bringing on record the LRs. of deceased 2 common respondent No.5(5) and 7 in both the special leave petitions. There is delay of 232 days in preferring these applications. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the factum of death of these two respondents came to the knowledge of the petitioners only after the matter was listed before the learned Registrar. In the circumstances, the delay in that behalf is condoned. Abatement, if any, is set aside. Applications to bring on record the LRs. of deceased respondent No.5(5) and 7 are allowed in both the special leave petitions.
