UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Perused the order dated 28.03.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in terms of the order of this Court dated 27.03.2023.
We delete condition No.2 in the order dated 28.03.2023 and modify the condition No.3 by directing that the applicant will give attendance before the learned Additional Sessions Judge on first Monday of every January and July till disposal of the appeal.
Let the trial court record be called and soft copies of the record be provided to the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
