Applications for exemption from filing certified

copy of the impugned judgment and exemption from filing official translation are allowed.

There is no dispute that the prosecuting agency was Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners to serve the notice to the CBI through the Central Agency.

Dasti service, in addition, is permitted.

List the matters on 28th April, 2023.

In the meanwhile, the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the Special Court.
