UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Four weeks time, is granted to all appearing respondents to file counter affidavit.

Two weeks time, as a last chance is granted to Ld. Counsel for petitioner to file sufficient number of spare copies, for issuance of notice to all unserved respondents.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner has filed application for deletion in respect of some of the respondents. same is defective. Two weeks time is granted to cure the defects.

List again on 16.10.2023.

Despite due service on respondent nos.2, 3, 5, 6 and 9, there is no appearance. However, Ms. Archana Sharma, Ld. Advocate appearing for Mr. Amrish Kumar, Ld. AOR seeks for time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.2. Four weeks time, is granted for the said purpose.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos.1, 7 and 8 to file counter affidavit.

Two weeks time, is granted as a last chance to Ld. counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to respondent no.4.
