In all the matters numbered above, Ld. Counsel for appellant submits that reason of filing less number of spare copies has been duly mentioned by him in the letter filed alongwith spare copies. He submits that because he representing some of the other parties in other matters also and, there is no need of filing other spare copies. Registry to verify the same and report accordingly.

Four weeks time is granted to respondent No.1 to file the counter affidavit.
