Rajagopala Rao, Advocate has not filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 26590 of 2013 and Sole Respondent in SLP(C) No. 26591 of 2013. Name of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are deleted vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 29th January, 2015 and cause title has been amended accordingly.
