UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The application for intervention is allowed.
2. This is a petition seeking anticipatory bail.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State and learned counsel appearing for the complainant have vehemently opposed the petition.
4. Vide order dated 25.01.2022 this Court had granted ad interim protection in favour of the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration that the petitioner has cooperated with the investigation, we are inclined to allow this petition.
6. Therefore, the interim order granted by this Court on 25.01.2022 is made absolute.
7. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 8. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
