UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Since the dispute is between the close members of the family and it will be appropriate that the dispute is referred to mediation. The parties also agree for the same.
2. We, therefore, refer the matter for mediation of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Naresh H. Patil, Former Chief Justice, High Court of Bombay. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator on 05.05.2023 at 11.30 A.M.
3. Initially, we direct the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.5 Lacs with the learned Mediator.
4. The learned Mediator would be at liberty to determine his remuneration and the apportionment thereof amongst the parties. 5. List after eight weeks.
